However they didn't strictly said we will never release one, just didn't plan one. I think they will probably never release one, because of Frostbite 3 and their contract with them, if in Frostbite 3 contract there is clause which says that they don't have the right to release a tool, EA and Bioware can't do anything, until this clause is changed.
